Dates & Times: Saturday May 30 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday May 31 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday June 1 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Address: 62 St. Germain Ave. (North of Lawrence Ave., west of Yonge St.)

As usual, follow the red and yellow signs. All items will be sold on a “first come first served” basis and sold in “as is” condition. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges, no refunds, no returns, no exceptions. Please do not enter into the sale with backpacks or large bags. You may be asked to remove your footwear so be prepared. Please obey all parking signs, do not block driveways and take your refuse with you. Please bring your own packing bags, boxes and wrapping paper. If you buy large items which require moving, you will need to make your own moving arrangements. Thank you for your consideration.

We are going to kick off spring with an exciting sale in Leaside. It is a small house, but it is filled with a nice selection of items.

The sale will be held this coming Saturday April 18th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday April 19th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday April 20th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The sale is being held at 61 Sutherland Drive which is south of Davisville, north of Moore on the east side of Bayview. As usual please look for the red and yellow signs.

Sale Terms: All items will be sold on a “first come first serve” basis. All items will be sold in “as is”condition. There will no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale with any large bags or backpacks. You may be asked to remove your shoes so please come prepared. Please obey all local parking rules, do not block driveways, respect the private property of the owners and their neighbours, and take all of your refuse with you. Please bring your own bags, boxes, wrapping material and your own help for larger items as none will be provided for you.

MASSIVE ESTATE SALE AT 21 BANBURY ROAD!

As most of you know we conducted a very successful sale last weekend at 21 Banbury Rd. A big thank you goes out to everyone that participated in that sale. It was indicated before the starts of the sale that it may continue into this weekend as the house was packed and the sale will continue as we have some items left that we need to help to sell off. So the sale continues for one day only!

  • Date & Time: Saturday March 14th, 9 am - 4 pm

  • The sale will be held at 21 Banbury Rd. at Leslie & Lawrence. Look for the red and yellow sign on the lawn.

By now most of you know that we conducted a Downsizing Sale of an Executive Home this past weekend (under some dire conditions). A big thank you to those who braved the cold to attend. We certainly didn’t get the attendance and results we would have liked, so we are going open tomorrow Tuesday January 27th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The house is still filled with some wonderful items including many ladies  designer shoes, clothing and some accessories. The house is also filled with quality furnishings and home decor. The sale will also continue after tomorrow and will continue until all items are gone.

Due to inclement weather and the volume of items we have decided to extend the sale for one more day only Saturday January 17th, 9 am - 4 pm.
