MASSIVE ESTATE SALE AT 21 BANBURY ROAD!

As most of you know we conducted a very successful sale last weekend at 21 Banbury Rd. A big thank you goes out to everyone that participated in that sale. It was indicated before the starts of the sale that it may continue into this weekend as the house was packed and the sale will continue as we have some items left that we need to help to sell off. So the sale continues for one day only!

  • Date & Time: Saturday March 14th, 9 am - 4 pm

  • The sale will be held at 21 Banbury Rd. at Leslie & Lawrence. Look for the red and yellow sign on the lawn.

All left over items have been reduced by at least 50%. ANY ITEM can be purchased ahead of time by calling Perry direct at 416-617-1500 to make arrangements.

Massive Downsizing Sale This Weekend - NOW STARTING FRIDAY!

By now most of you know that we conducted a Downsizing Sale of an Executive Home this past weekend (under some dire conditions). A big thank you to those who braved the cold to attend. We certainly didn’t get the attendance and results we would have liked, so we are going open tomorrow Tuesday January 27th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The house is still filled with some wonderful items including many ladies  designer shoes, clothing and some accessories. The house is also filled with quality furnishings and home decor. The sale will also continue after tomorrow and will continue until all items are gone.

Due to a large inventory of items, the sale at 11 Greenwin Village Rd. in the Bathurst and Steele’s area will continue this week and finish on November 4, 2025. Prices have been marked down from the original tag price to 50% or more in some cases.

To shop you may call Perry direct at 416-617-1500 and/or you may shop the one day sale on Saturday, November 1 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Payment methods are either by etransfer or by cash on pickup.

Please provide your own bags, boxes, wrapping paper and your own help and transportation for larger items on pickup as none will be provided for you.
