We are conducting an exciting online sale of an Executive Condo in the Yonge and Sheppard area. The sale will begin as an online sale starting Thursday August 13th at 8:00 am.

The sale will continue as an in person sale Saturday August 15th from 9:00 am to 4:00pm, Sunday August 16th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday August 17th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. You may pickup and shop items during the open house days: Saturday, Sunday or Monday.


Address: 65 Spring Garden Ave., Unit 1803, Yonge & Sheppard area, southwest corner of Spring Garden and Doris Ave..

When you arrive at the condo, approach the Security desk and say you are visiting unit 1803. Call Perry at 416-617-1500 and someone will come down to escort you upstairs. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • All items are sold in “as is “ condition. All items will be sold on a “first come, first served” basis.

  • There will be no refunds, exchanges or returns, no exceptions.

  • At the in-person sale you will be asked to remove your shoes so come prepared.

  • Please do not enter the sale with food, drinks or pets.

  • Please supply your own bags, wrapping paper, boxes and help to remove larger items as none will be provided for you.

  • Furniture pick ups and the FINAL pickup date for all sold items is Tuesday August 18th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. as we must book the elevator during those times.

  • There are no refunds for items that are not picked up.

Three weeks ago we conducted a contents/demolition sale at 423 Glencairn Ave. We have decided to extend the sale as there are items still available from both the contents sale and the demolition sale. All of the items of this contents & demolition sale will be offered at deep discounted prices. A few additional items have also been added.

The sale will be launched as an online sale starting the morning of Friday June 5th at 9:00 am and will continue through the weekend, Saturday June 6th into Monday June 8th.

The first pick up date is Saturday June 6th from the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. You are also invited to attend in-person during these hours if you want to see the items.

The second pick up date is Monday June 8th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

We are going to kick off spring with an exciting sale in Leaside. It is a small house, but it is filled with a nice selection of items.

The sale will be held this coming Saturday April 18th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday April 19th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday April 20th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The sale is being held at 61 Sutherland Drive which is south of Davisville, north of Moore on the east side of Bayview. As usual please look for the red and yellow signs.

Sale Terms: All items will be sold on a “first come first serve” basis. All items will be sold in “as is”condition. There will no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale with any large bags or backpacks. You may be asked to remove your shoes so please come prepared. Please obey all local parking rules, do not block driveways, respect the private property of the owners and their neighbours, and take all of your refuse with you. Please bring your own bags, boxes, wrapping material and your own help for larger items as none will be provided for you.

As most of you know we conducted a very successful sale last weekend at 21 Banbury Rd. A big thank you goes out to everyone that participated in that sale. It was indicated before the starts of the sale that it may continue into this weekend as the house was packed and the sale will continue as we have some items left that we need to help to sell off. So the sale continues for one day only!
