Happy New Year!

We will kick the year off an exciting downsizing sale of an executive home. The sale will start Saturday, January 10th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday, January 11th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and could be extended into Monday, January 12th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The sale will be held at: 6 Gerald Street - east side of Bayview, just south of the 401 highway. As always follow the red and yellow signs.

Sale Terms:

• All items are sold on a first come first serve basis and sold in “As Is” condition.

• We try and make all our sales a clean safe experience, but you are entering on your own volition.

• Please obey all posted signs, they are there for your safety.

• There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions.

• Please do not enter the sale with any large bags, knapsacks, drinks or food.

• You will be asked to “Remove Your Shoes” so please come prepared.

• Please obey all local parking rules and do not block driveways. Please take your refuse and butts with you.

• Please provide your own bags, boxes, wrapping paper and your own help for larger items, none will be provided for you.

• A Howard/Baldwin made by Kawai baby grand piano.

• A selection of antique furniture, including: a partners desk, drop leaf tables, nesting tables, accent chairs, lamps and other items.

• A selection of artwork, pictures, paintings, prints, and some mirrors.

• 3 like new appliances, including: a LG stove, washer and dryer.

• A selection of hand knotted carpets.

• A small selection of ladies clothing.
