We are continuing our exciting downsizing sale of an executive home! Due to inclement weather and the volume of items we have decided to extend the sale for one more day only Saturday January 17th, 9 am - 4 pm. The sale will be held at 6 Gerald Street - east side of Bayview, just south of the 401 highway. As always follow the red and yellow signs. There will be some new additions to see!
Sale Terms:
All items are sold on a first come first serve basis and sold in “As Is” condition.
We try and make all of our sales a clean safe experience, but you are entering on your own volition.
Please obey all posted signs, they are there for your safety.
There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
Please do not enter the sale with any large bags, knapsacks, drinks or food.
You will be asked to “Remove Your Shoes” so please come prepared.
Please obey all local parking rules and do not block driveways. Please take your refuse and cigarette butts with you.
Please provide your own bags, boxes, wrapping paper and your own help for larger items, none will be provided for you.
