Hello everyone!
We are going to kick off the spring with an exciting sale in Leaside. A small house but it is filled with a nice selection of items.
The sale will be held this coming Saturday April 18th from 9:00 am to 4:00pm. Sunday from 10:00 pm and likely stretch into Monday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
The sale is to be held at 61 Sutherland Drive south of Davisville, north of Moore on the east side of Bayview. As usual look for the red and yellow signs.
Sale Terms: All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis. All items will be sold in as is condition. There will no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale with any large bags or backpacks. You may be asked to remove your shoes so please come prepared. Please obey all local parking rules, do not block driveways, respects the owners and neighbours private property and take all your refuse with you. Please bring your own bags, boxes, wrapping material and your own help for larger items as none will be provided for you. Please note that we try and make all our sales a safe environment for all to attend but you are entering at your own risk. Please obey all posted signs they are there for your safety.
Items for sale but not limited to are: A massive selection of ladies clothing, purses and shoes, there are some designer items. Costume and other jewelry, some sterling items as well. A selection of fine china. A selection of collectibles. A big selection of books. Lots of decorative items. Some electronics. Some unique and unusual items. Linens and bedding. Living room, dining room (some Henredon) bedroom and kitchen furniture, some accent furniture. Pictures, paintings, prints, mirrors and table lamps. Kids games, books and toys. A little massive amount of glassware, tableware, kitchenware and household items. A like new Peleton exercise bike. A selection of luggage. Garage and garden items, including a Toro snowblower, electric lawnmower, bbq, planters and patio furniture.
