Three families are hosting this contents and house demolition sale. Everything that is attached to the interior and to the exterior of the house may be purchased.
Address: 423 Glencairn Ave. (South of Lawrence on the west side of Avenue Rd.)
Dates & Times: Saturday May 16 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday May 17 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday May 18 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (Note that this sale will probably be extended into the next weekend.)
As usual, follow the red and yellow signs. All items will be sold on a “first come first served” basis and sold in “as is” condition. There will be no exchanges, no refunds, no returns, no exceptions. Please do not enter into the sale with backpacks or large bags. You may be asked to remove your footwear so be prepared. Please obey all parking signs, do not block driveways and take your refuse with you. Please bring your own packing bags, boxes and wrapping paper. If you buy large items which require moving, you will need to make your own moving arrangements. Thank you for your consideration.
