This contents and house demolition sale has been extended due to the large number of items and new additions. Everything that is attached to the interior and to the exterior of the house may be purchased.

Address: 423 Glencairn Ave. (South of Lawrence on the west side of Avenue Rd.

Dates & Times: Saturday May 23 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday May 24 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

As usual, follow the red and yellow signs. All items will be sold on a “first come first served” basis and sold in “as is” condition. There will be no exchanges, no refunds, no returns, no exceptions. Please do not enter into the sale with backpacks or large bags. You may be asked to remove your footwear so be prepared. Please obey all parking signs, do not block driveways and take your refuse with you. Please bring your own packing bags, boxes and wrapping paper. If you buy large items which require moving, you will need to make your own moving arrangements. Thank you for your consideration.

Please note that we try to make all of our events safe environments, however you are entering into the sale voluntarily and at your own risk. Obey all posted signs as they are for your own safety.
