Hello everyone.
We will be conducting an exciting sale of an Executive Condo in the Yonge and Sheppard area. The sale will begin as an online sale starting Thursday August 13th at 8:00 am. The sale will continue as an in person sale Saturday August 15th from 9:00 am to 4:00pm, Sunday August 16th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday August 17th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. You may pickup items bought online during the in person shopping days: Saturday, Sunday or Monday. The Final pickup date for all sold items is Tuesday August 18th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. There are no refunds for items that are not picked up.
The exact address for this sale will be given on Friday, August 14.
All items are sold in “as is “ condition. All items will be sold on a “first come, first served” basis.
There will be no refunds, exchanges or returns, no exceptions.
At the in person sale you will be asked to remove your shoes so come prepared.
Please do not enter the sale with food, drinks or pets.
When you arrive at the condo, call Perry at 416-617-1500 and someone will escort you up to the sale and take you back down when you are finished.
Please supply your own bags, wrapping paper, boxes and help to remove larger items as none will be provided for you.
