Exciting News! We have a lot of sales booked between now and the end of May. The first of these sales will be held this weekend starting Saturday April 26th and the next sale will start on the following weekend of May 3rd.
ESTATE SALE #1 - BATHURST MANOR
This is a very exciting sale, taking place this Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The sale is to be held at 85 Cocksfield Avenue in the Bathurst Manor, Sheppard and Bathurst area. Follow the red and yellow signs.
The house is packed with the following:

Sale Terms: All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis. All items are sold in “As Is” condition where is. You are entering all our sales voluntarily and at your own risk and up to you if you want to wear a mask. Please obey all posted signs. Please provide your own bags, wrapping paper, boxes and manpower for the purchase of larger items. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please do not enter the sales with any large bags or backpacks. You will be asked to remove your shoes. Please do not enter the sale with food or drink and please leave your pet at home. Please respect the private property of the owners and their neighbours. Please obey all local parking rules and do not block driveways. Please take all your refuse with you. ESTATE SALE #2 - MISSISSAUGA
Dates and Times: Saturday, May 3rd from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday, May 4 form 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Location: TBA - QEW and Hurontario
This sale is taking place out of a very clean and well maintained executive home. Sale items include but are not limited to:
A large selection of living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen furniture.
Tons of artwork, china, crystal, silver, mirrors, floor and table lamps.
A large selection of costume and other jewelry.
A massive selection of high quality ladies clothing, shoes and bags some quality name brands.
Bedding and linens.
Tons of glassware, tableware, kitchenware and household items, most of it new or like new condition.
Area rugs.
Both locations have a lot more items not listed. We are being proactive with both of these locations and will sell any furniture items ahead of time of the sales dates.
