Hello everyone. As most of you know, we held an exciting sale at 4 Elderwood Drive, Forest Hill from March 21 to March 24 of this year. The sale was a massive success due to the overwhelming support from our loyal followers and from our new clients. There was a 3 hour lineup and we would like to thank you for your patience and cooperation.
At that time we made it known that we would likely extend the sale to a second weekend due to the overwhelming amount of items to sell. Well, the second part of this sale has been scheduled. Information is as follows.

Dates & Times: Saturday April 12th from 9 am to 4 pm and Sunday April 13th from 10 am to 4 pm
Please note: Most but not all of these items are being offered at half of the original price or less. You can buy any of the items online by calling Perry directly at 416-617-1500. Payment is by e-Transfer.
Sale Terms: Cash or e-Transfer accepted. All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis and all items are sold in “AS IS CONDITION” where is.
Note: You are entering the sale voluntarily, at your own risk. Masks are not mandatory, but we will have masks available if you choose to wear one. Please obey all posted signs throughout the premises.
NOTE: There will absolutely be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please provide your own bags, paper and boxes; none will be provided for you. Please do not enter the sale with any large bags or backpacks, food or drinks. Please leave your pet at home. Please obey all local parking rules, do not block driveways, respect the owners and their neighbours properties. Please take all your refuse with you. Thank you for your consideration.

Please note: This is a demolition sale as well. It consists of everything inside the home that is attached to the premises including: all doors (some are leaded glass), fireplace mantle, light fixtures, wall sconces, oak hand craved panelling, wainscoting and any plumbing fixtures.
