Mid Century Estate Sale in Bayview Village
An estate sale in Bayview Village will be conducted starting this Friday March 19 from 2:00 to 7:00, continuing Saturday from 10:00 to 4:00, Sunday 10:00 to 4:00 and Monday 12:00 to 4:00. The sale is to be held in Bayview Village, Bayview and Sheppard area at 116 Burbank Drive.
Appointements & Walk In Rules: You may book an appointment by phone or email beginning Thursday, March 18. Appointments will be given out on a first come first serve basis. Walk up traffic will be welcome, but priority will be given to those making appointments. All covid protocols will be in place, including allowing only 5 people into the house at any one time, masks at all times, gloves preferred and social distancing at all times. Failure to abide by those rules means you will be denied entry. The garage will also be open during this time with a 10 person limit. Please call Perry for your appointment at 416-617-1500.
Note: Follow the red and yellow signs. All items are sold in as is condition. No returns, exchanges, refunds. You will be asked to remove your outside footwear so be prepared.
