This is a very exciting Estate Sale of an Executive home starting Friday June 13th from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturday June 14th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday June 15th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday June 16th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Address: 36 Chieftain Crescent, North York, ON M2L 2G9. Bayview and 401 area. As usual follow the red and yellow signs.
All items will be sold on “a first come first basis” and in “AS IS”condition. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale carrying any backpacks or large bags. You will be asked to remove your shoes so please come prepared. Please obey all local parking rules and respect the owners private property. DO NOT block driveways. Please take your refuse with you. Thank you for your consideration.
In our history we have always tried to provide a safe environment at all of our sales. You are entering all of our sales voluntarily and at your own risk. Please obey all posted signs as they are there for your safety.
Please supply your own bags, boxes, wrap and help for larger items; none will be provided for you.
