We are extending this estate sale to be held on Sunday June 8th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The address is 11 Blue Forest Dr., North York, M3H 4W3 (Bathurst Manor, off of Wilmington Ave. between Finch and Sheppard ). As usual follow the red and yellow signs.

The sale will be held on a “first come first serve basis” and all items will be sold in “As Is” condition. The will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale with any large bags or backpacks. You will be asked to remove your shoes, so please come prepared.

Please obey all local parking rules and “Do Not” block driveways; respect the private property of the owners and their neighbours, and take your refuse with you. Thank you for your consideration. Please supply your own bags, boxes, wrapping paper and help to move larger items.

We strive to provide a safe environment at all our sales, but you are entering at your own risk and voluntarily. Please obey all posted signs, they are for your safety.
