This home belonged to a former pawn broker and the house is filled with a huge variety of items. A portion of the sale will begin immediately for most of the furniture and some appliances in the house. As usual follow the red and yellow signs.
All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis and sold in “As Is” condition.
On the day of the sale please do not enter the sale with any large bags or backpacks.
Please obey all local parking rules and don’t block driveways.
There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges; no exceptions.
Please take all your refuse and cigarette butts with you.
You must bring your own bags, boxes, wrapping paper.
You MUST bring your own help and transportation for moving larger items.
We always try to make all of our events a safe environment for all those attending, but you are entering our sales at your own risk and voluntarily. Please obey all posted signs, they are there for your protection.
