Dates and Times: Saturday, July 12 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday, July 13 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday, July 14 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ)

• Items are sold in « AS IS » condition and all sales are FINAL; no returns, no

exchanges, no refunds. Please understand that these items are not new, so they will

not be in perfect condition.

• Payment can be either cash or e-transfer.

• On the day of the sale please do not enter with any large bags or backpacks.

• Please obey all local parking rules and do not block driveways.

• Please take all of your refuse with you.

• You must bring your own bags, boxes and wrapping paper.

• You must bring your own help and transportation for moving large items.

• We always try to make all of our events a safe environment for all of those

attending, but you are entering our sales voluntarily and at your own risk.

Please follow all posted signage for your safety.

• Large appliances - 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher

• China, glassware, dish sets, decorative items, artwork
