Make yourselves available this weekend for an exciting estate sale of an executive condo. The sale will be held this Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The sale is to be held at: 9 Deer Park Cres. Apartment #1404. in the St. Clair and Yonge area. As usual follow the red and yellow signs.
Important Note About Parking: Approach the gate on the south side of the building, call Perry direct at (416) 617-1500 and we will buzz you in for private parking at the back and entry into the building.
SALE TERMS - PLEASE READ:
Please supply your own boxes, wrapping paper, bags and help for larger items.
We do offer a delivery service for a fee. Please ask.
All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis and sold in “AS IS” condition.
There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
Cash or e-Transfer are accepted forms of payment.
Please do not enter the sale with large bags or backpacks.
Please obey all building rules, respect the private property you are on and keep the noise to a minimum.
Take your refuse with you.
